BDVS organised unit level trainings on “Panchayat development plan”. This word is having a major importance in the lives of rural people. We realize that people must participate local administration in preparing a panchayat development plan so that their issues can be addressed and they can enjoy their rights. The main objective of this program was to facilitated rural youths to learn how to participate local administration in preparing panchayat development plan for the year 2017. At least 200 youths from different units had participated the trainings.
