BDVS had organized one day workshop for YRC members in all of its units. The objective was to facilitate YRC members to work out the ways of strengthening YRCs through group discussions, presentations and debates. The workshop was designed in five sessions as follows

1) What is YRC and What does YRC do?(debate)
2) What are those various things in your opinion that YRC should do but it is not doing? (group discussion and presentation)
3) What are those various things in your opinion that YRC should not do but it is doing? (group discussion and presentation)
4) What YRC leader expect from his members? (group discussion and presentation)
5) What YRC members expect from their leader? (group discussion and presentation)

In these sessions YRC members participated actively and went through a serious group discussion. Maximum time was allotted for group discussion and presentation. At the end of the workshop they prepared the charts and after finalizing those charts all of them were encouraged to put those charts in their respective YRCs in which others can also know and understand the YRCs. In-addition to this they were encouraged to have YRC level meeting to discuss on the expectations and the best ways to attain them.
